Dr. Nolte holds dual bachelor’s degrees (BA in Science and BA in Philosophy) alongside a master’s degree (MS in Neuroscience), all attained from Florida State University. He furthered his education by completing his medical degree at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, followed by a rigorous residency in neurology at the esteemed Mayo Clinic.

During his tenure at the Mayo Clinic, Dr. Nolte cultivated a keen interest in sleep medicine, prompting him to pursue a fellowship in the field at Vanderbilt University. Throughout this fellowship, he received comprehensive training encompassing neurology, pulmonology, psychiatry, and otorhinolaryngology, thus enabling him to specialize in both adult and pediatric sleep medicine. Dr. Nolte's commitment to clinical excellence propelled him to continue his career in this field in east Tennessee, where he has since provided dedicated care to patients of all ages.

Dr. Nolte is recognized as board certified in both Neurology and Sleep Medicine by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, underscoring his expertise and dedication to advancing patient care in these areas.

Anthony Partin received both his Bachelors and Masters of Science in Nursing degrees from East Tennessee State University. He is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Anthony has 15 years of nursing experience in a variety of areas including neuro, trauma, ortho, vascular surgery, critical care, and flight nursing. He has had 3 years of nurse practitioner experience working in cardio thoracic surgery, pulmonary, and sleep medicine. Anthony is a native of Kentucky but has lived in the Knoxville area for 18 years. He enjoys spending time with his family and 2 dogs.
